No Refunds or Returns

Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images of the outer box, unboxing video, invoice copy product, and packaging to our customer support.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.

Once the product is picked up, the replacement will be provided within 3-4 working days.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or lost in transit, we will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.
