  • A1 Ghee: Has a slightly different taste profile, which some people describe as slightly bitter or sharp. This can be attributed to the presence of A1 beta-casein, which can affect digestion and the overall flavor.

  • A1 Ghee: May appear slightly lighter in color, though this can be influenced by factors like the type of milk and method of preparation.
  • A2 Ghee: Typically has a golden-yellow hue, which is often considered a sign of its purity and natural production. The color is more consistent, as A2 milk often has a higher fat content with fewer impurities.
  • A1 Ghee: It may have a slightly more granular texture due to the composition of the milk fat. It may also crystallize or solidify at higher temperatures.
  • A2 Ghee: Known for its smooth and soft consistency. It is less likely to crystallize, as it has a higher proportion of butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that enhances smoothness.
